As a participant in this activity, by entering and participating in activities at ZigZagZoo Inc., I understand and acknowledge that indoor playground activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injuries, including those resulting from falls or improper movement, such as sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, etc.; injuries resulting from accidental or unintentional contact between participants, injuries with an object located on the premises of the activity, such as equipment, etc.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any bodily, moral or material damage resulting from the inherent risks or dangers. I am responsible for taking out my own health/accident and liability insurance.

I agree to:
• Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions
• Supervise my child(ren) at all times unless participating in a supervised program
• Ensure appropriate behavior, including no running in café/party room areas
• Ensure participants wear appropriate clothing (no sharp objects, no loose accessories)
• Report any unsafe condition to staff immediately

I understand ZigZagZoo reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk or fails to follow rules.

Refusal to sign this liability waiver or failure to present it, reserves the right to exclude my participation in the workshops.
